* Whenever I wake up with puffy eyes from a bad night's sleep, I use chamomile tea to reduce the swelling. Place the tea bags in hot water. When the tea has steeped, remove the bags and let the tea cool off a bit. Soak two cotton balls in the tea and place them over your eyes. Meanwhile, place the remaining tea in the refrigerator. After the cotton balls have cooled, squeeze them in the sink and soak them in cold tea from the fridge. Place over eyes again for a couple of minutes.
